Have you tried right clicking the Jar and choosing which program to launch and choosing Java?

 Do you have java 8?

Right click osbot and open with Java?

Run this if still doesn't work

I had java installed but I will try dowloading again now

 

it ficed it but how do I make it automaticly open with java ?
