Why it should be removed: feedback states (1)bad proxies, (2)bad support, (3)bad experience

Details: (1)Proxies were fine, he's just upset that some of them locked. He's able to unlock them and bot on it perfectly fine (1)(2)I tried my best to support him and help him out. He never even contacted me after I replaced one of the IPs for him
as you can see in the screenshot below. How can he say bad support after I help him out as much as possible and he doesn't contact me for additional support (probably because he knows the proxies are fine and he doesn't even need help) (3) I understand if he didn't have the best experience but the other two don't make sense because he is still able to use the proxies for 30 days on https and sock5. He just has too much time on his hands and is attempting to hurt my business at this point.
