Explanation 

As Per Thread Link, the Dispute the user originally opened was closed in my Favour as Staff, hence I quote "we've determined he hasn't done anything wrong really to lead to the bans on the accounts. Meaning, we dont think its his fault" 

The User was Refunded a Fair Amount that was agreed thanks to @Decode.

Since the Case was closed, I think that the Feedback should be removed, even though it is a neutral is it making a bad impression on my Service, Service that I do with passion and Dedicate Great time in order to ensure it exceeds expectations.

The User, even after having Decode officially Close the Dispute, continued to Rant on me on Discord - Check here, even though he was warned by Decode to leave it end there.

Anyways I'm not bragging about what he's saying to me via discord, he can say whatever he'd like, however I will not allow him to harm my Service.
