Knuckolls Posted September 16, 2018 Posted September 16, 2018 Just decided to go back to this amazing free game, anyone on here have any long running Dwarf Fortresses/Pointers for creating a stable/self sufficient Fortress? Also is you have played before what was your best civilization ending scenario?

It's a 11 year old game XD There's graphics packs you can download to make it look nicer, it was solely made by 2 people coding, designing the game on their free time and have kept it free for 11 years straight, only relying on donations. Good developers, wish more "Early-Access" games would look at Bay 12 Game studios and see what they have done right.

Valiant One Posted October 4, 2018 Posted October 4, 2018 I used to play a lot of it but then you just bunker yourself with traps and survive years until someone gets fel mood and screws everything. I preferred adventurer mode when you can be antihero vampire necromancer
