i also have a life outside of my computer i saw the message you sent me about it and you told me you would give me time to figure it out, i work very long hours and had not had a chance to get back to you, when you messaged me in regards to opening this i was in the car on my way to work and was able to respond.

He had already finished the account. What was I to write? And this still comes back to the fact that you can now bot any service and it won't be your fault if it gets banned - apparently.

In the end I don't mind the payment or compensation too much, but I'm happy that Dolly atleast will compensate me a little. I just feel like there's been pretty much nothing but injustice in this case.

And this "agreement" was also done before he eventually got around to level the agility levels that was missing. Sure the account had rested two days and it was clean of bans.

The thing is; he got onto the account again to level this for me. After this, the account had not been rested. And also there's no way the above "agreement" is still in place when he gets access to the account to level it again - done with scripts or questing - we don't know for sure. What is obvious is that it's due to him levelling from 20-35 agility that got the account banned.

Incorrect, all services must be HAND DONE unless stated otherwise when two parties agree. You had no problems with him botting the account. That was your choice and this was the outcome.

You should have stated a clear agreement before starting. Now you are just regretting him botting it.

There is no injustice,  this is just your poor judgment on how you wanted your account to be trained. We follow the evidence and it was clear in what was provided that you were okay with it.

The agreement was still in place because you did not state otherwise. This is your fault.

You can't allow someone to bot on your account and get upset when it gets banned. Bans are a risk of botting and since you didn't mind if the servicer botted the account, you are fully responsible for your own accounts ban. You don't get to choose compensation after the fact.

Dispute will now be closed. Next time set a proper agreement & state how you want the account to be trained.
