Here he tells me he will buy as long as i dont need access to his account, i also state im paying with my phone!!! He knew this was what was happening yet still proceeded. he also VERY CLEARLY STATES he wants to activate membership on one account IMMIDIATELY

Here i tell him to go to Pay by Mobile tab. he does so, also notice were in skype call and he sharing his screen with me (see the skype call at top). I give him my phone number, he presses ACCEPT, the code is then sent to my phone and i am BILLED rite then and there.

He tries to say AFTER I GIVE HIM THE PIN "before i do this" acting like hes hinting to even backing out of the trade, when hes already recieved the code, and i am billed. Bit too late for that. He knew what he was doing. This is now the 3rd page of pay by sms hes been on (fisrt page click pay by sms, entered my phone, and now enter the code)

Here he tries to tell me ROFL that he wants a "code". Well my friend, you have been given a code. it was 5590. That is a code. And as he stated clearly earlier, he WANTED TO PUT MEMBERSHIP ON 1 ACCOUNT TONIGHT. He has been given everything he needs to put membership on here said account. Oh but now he doesnt want it? I dont think so. Once again, farrrrrrr toooooo late to back out. He has no reason to back out either, he wanted membership on one account. Well he got it.

 

He also ended the Skype call with me, BEFORE exiting out of any Runescape screen, so hes trying to say it didnt bill me yet, when ive done this probobly 50x in my life, and it DOES bill you. But lets pretend it "doesnt bill me". How am i supposed to know he didnt enter the pin? He conviniently hung up on me RIGHT when he was on the page to enter the pin, then tried to tell me he didnt enter it yet, BS LOL.

YES I KNOW THE DATE ON MY PHONE IS WRONG. The time is also wrong. Do you seriously think im stupid enough to leave that in a photo if i was lying?

 

Notice, i get code, send to him on skype, and then he hangs up on me. 16 SECONDS LATER i get the text saying that I HAVE BEEN BILLED. CASE CLOSED? 

 

 

Additional notes:

 

Not sure if he tried to scam me or hes just retarded, or he thinks hes like majorly cool on OSBot and therefore can get away with anything. But the fact of the matter is, he knew what he was doing, he wanted membership on 1 account that night, and had the ability to do so and backed out. I have been billed and have now lost money.

 

I want the 3.3m that we agreed on or i believe Mikasa should be banned for scamming.

Hi, I've taken a look over your evidence, but the bill is for the 25th of August, but the transaction has taken place today?

 

1) According to Skype, you live in New York, so this trade took place around 2-3 AM where you live.

2) Today is September 3rd, not August 25th.

3) I clearly said that I am purchasing 5 pins, but only activating 1 right away, which is why I was purchasing the pins .____.

I'd also like to add that for his screenshot of the phone, he blocked the pin, just to futher prove that he is framing me.

I do not live in New York rite now, im currently in Los Angeles California. My clock and date isnt gonna work as your Alibi dont see why everyone keeps bringing it up lol. The battery to my black berry was missing for a few days and its not an Iphone so it doesnt auto set time

 

I didnt leave anything of importance out of my skype conversations.

i am currently charging my girlfriends phone again so i can take a picture of my blackberrys front screen and show you that my date/time is veeeeeeeeery far off.

You seemed to know exactly what to do when purchasing via mobile, so you giving the excuse of not selling in the past doesn't work.

Also, you claimed that you recorded the whole thing, & then after I said that I'll have an admin log onto the account that the video shows so they can see that I don't have membership on it, you claimed that the video didn't save correctly.

Seems legit.

Do not lock / delete this thread. Im going to ask a real mod, with a real sense of scamming, and an unbiased opnion to look over this.

You may have proof that you have given the code, you don't have any proof that Mikasa redeemed it.

You could have redeemed it yourself. Cases like this can't be solved, unless you have other evidence then this.

He only attempted to purchase 1 membership via pay by mobile before I backed out.

Then he claims that he got charged, & I've confirmed with numerous people that you don't get charge unless you use the pin, but there is no way to prove it or not since he "lost" the video that shows what account I was using.

Anyways, I don't appreciate how OP has acted about this whole thing.

Right when things turned bad, he went directly to personally harassing me about my looks & called me a "faggot" numerous times.

I wouldn't recommend anyone trade with him in the future.
