The server I have in mind, you won't have to put any deposit but you can.

The rates are as I mentioned 3M ± 500k per hour per runner depending on your runecrafting level.

As far as I'm aware you can have as many runners as you'd like, but it's recommended to not have any more than 3-4. 

You pay up front to an admin in the server who acts as a middleman. Otherwise you can MM through yourself with a 50M deposit to the server owner, who refunds you whenever you wish to reclaim.
