when i click scripts in home page it says im banned

as title says when i click the scripts section to see all my scripts the screen becomes white and says im banned even though i am not and i havent recieved no message, nothing so i am mind-boggled. attached screenshot.

no im on my friends pc at the moment as im not going to be home for a week or so, there is no vpn being used in this browser. I double  checked via ip and its the home ip.

edit: the ads and some images are also not showing, could it be the internet acting slow?
