You can go afk and bot slowly to all stats or you can quest manually to get some stats faster.

Other than that, swamp crabs and splashing will be your best bet. Using d bones on the wildy altar for prayer btw.

if you're gonna hand make them then I would personally get good at questing, for instance you can "skip" a lot of melee training if you are good at rushing monkey madness, since from those quests you will have over 50 attack and get some good strength defense and hp experience as well. and It can all be done from level 1 melee stats too. you will save hours of training if you can get those quests down to a minimum time. for range you should either cannon it (like at rock crabs, dagannoths or ogres) or take mithril darts to sand crabs and just afk it. the fastest way to do magic is curses > teleports > teleport alching > stun alching, however this can be somewhat expensive so other methods like air orbing or enchanting bolts are okay if you need to make some cash back. If you dont mind paying attention you can also kill metal dragons with magic while alching, this will be more expensive than teleport alching, however the dragons have some notable drops like the visage and dragon platelegs which can cover some of the costs. AAlso you will gain some hp experience from this which might be valuable to you depending on how you train range.
 

I usually did range magic deff until range 60 then splash magic until 55, and you training in nmz range deff and magic for getting hp 75

I'd just kill sandcrabs with splitbark and air+fire (smoke?) battlestaff (you get +5% to damage which translates to like extra 1 damage and its also 10% cheaper depending on spell).
It's ofc more expensive than just alching but if you want to be serious and do like 5-10 accs at once it's good.
