I'd say its not worth more than 5m. This is because by 54 agility, you should have almost 260 marks. By the time you become 60 agility, you wont be able to do canifis anymore, meaning you will have to do TONS more agility to get marks than had you done lvls 40-60 at canifis

Appreciate your input, but the bond is 4.1m + the marks are 1.2M so alone the account is worth 6M + not including the agility levels.
