HFD with no mage, 30 ranged, and low stats and no prayer. cancer. 

^ Above quests will put you above 30 str gl though.

How tho, what quests will do that? 30-35 is fine

HFD and WF

WF alone gets you 30 and you state you want it to stay at 30

I mean I guess it depends on what you use SOTS xp on I just always do strength 

HFD will put you at like 33-35

HFD will just be aids to do.

HFD and WF will put me at 33 yea correct. That is more than fine by me tho. 

SOTS xp just on attack experience

Yes it is the SOTD pure. I am however grinding magic on the account, so ease up the proces and make it a bit cheaper for myself. I'll hit you or someone else up probably later today or tomorrow
