EDIT: I usually pay people 60m to set up minimial stat zulrah accounts  with 75 mage/range 42 other cb with 60 pray but that costs more because it's service not just straight up buying an account.

If range was higher it'd be worth more but the low range does effect the value. if range was 99 as well i'd easily pay 200m for that acc
