Quests and un-tradeable items count for a lot of the value of an account, as well as reputation of the seller. 

 

If I were to sell this account (Just from the value of the stats and un-tradables) I would sell it around 300-375M. Keep in mind that this does not include the value of the tradable items, since you would be better off selling them on the ge then selling the gold seperatly. If you were to include the gold, you would only get around $0.40 /M, vs selling separate around $0.65.
