i am waiting for hem see what he can do he says he did not recover it but he the only one that could change the email I set it on it so this is very fishy...

i tried to recover the account as you know it was denied. What else can i do in this case

You have 24 hours to refund him the 500m, if you were actually original owner you'd be able to recover.
