Week cooldown before payment? Is that even a thing. I was going to lay down a price but that's just ridiculous.

Yes it’s a thing. To make sure you didn’t bot my account . Get familiar with doing services .

Then you file a report and demand a refund. Delaying payment a week after service is just ludicrous. Much better ways of doing these things (providing screenshots etc).
