2. If I do not have an account to test with, you will supply one.

3. You may not re-sell scripts.

4. I am not accountable for any locks or bans while using my scripts.

5. You must pay at least 50% or 10m (up to script price, whatever is more) before I start work, if I make significant progress in a script and you decide to back out you will not be refunded your initial outset cost.

Something like a 1-3 course agil script, or a runecrafter for a specific rune, along that kind of scale, nothing like a fully-fledged barrows script or aio woodcutter for example.
