Isn't pointless at all, You're looking to see if it's worth your time in making the accounts and selling them on.

When it's not. The amount of hours it takes to created a 75 def 1:1 account isn't worth the pay out at the end.

I'll be able to passively train them at work at such, so the time invested won't be an issue. I'm just trying to get an idea of what I could expect to sell said account for.
