Better of just doing a service so people can give you there lvl 3 account instead of having to buy an account that can be recoverd

This only targets people who want to have a fresh account, People like me who don't want to buy a Castle wars script would be out of the picture, If you do this as a service like @uta Mentioned then I'm sure you'll see more success.

If i sold the accounts yes. With a week cool down per account
