if you die it becomes a normal ironman and stats will be reset. 

Shouldn't die... unless you are botting there is no way to die on courses below canifis

There comes a point where u won't get marks I think if you are 20 levels above the course u r on.

Can be done by doing varrock 30-50 then going falador   Misses all dangerous npcs, no period you aren't getting marks.

Unless you're not paying attention, you'll be fine at level 3. There is nothing in Varrock, Canafis or Seers that would kill you. If you fall of the course, eat some food. Wines/cakes are fine. So many level 3s rushed 70 agility.Wilderness and Pyramid can be sketchy though.
