We need more than just screenshots of your trade. Proof of a recovery attempt with the starred out email shown, you contacting them regarding it, etc.

Looks like he hasn't been online recently but I did alert him of the dispute and put him in TWC, we'll wait 24 hours to see if he resurfaces and can provide an explanation. 

As Luna has had ample time to respond and has not come online, I've gone ahead and banned them. If they wish to return they'll need to refund you for the account or provide it back.
