Explanation:

I completed a few orders for @schwepped and he paid first. However, during the order he wanted to change some of the quests. Not a big deal at all. But he didn't have the required skills to complete the new quests. The skills were 1-40 Farming, 1-25 Herblore, and 38-42 Slayer I believe. The dispute is only for the unpaid dues for skilling and new quests which I charged him 7.5m for.

I gave him plenty of time because he's a cool dude and I don't like opening disputes in general. However, it's just been too long with zero contact on his part.

As @schwepped has not replied I've gone ahead and banned him. Should he wish to return he'll need to refund you the 7.5m
