Explanation: I was buying via PayPal, when I paid, he said he send me the wrong PayPal address. And now he even deleted the pictures of the thread. (see all screenshots)

He bought the account a while back from @Lights maybe he can help me out by recovering the account.

I warned him and placed him in TWC, he will have to either refund you the $120 or give you the account. It's his own fault for giving you the wrong paypal address.

I suggest you try calling your bank and try chargebacking the payment there. If that doesn't work out we can ask @Lights if he can recover the account for you.

I already tried, Also checked the help centre at PayPal, It says the only way to get it back is contact the receiver, so that must be coolkidson.

So only one way, he must pay me back, or try to recover the account via @Lights

It doesn't look like he's ever going to reply, he was online multiple times after I warned him and requested him to post here so I went ahead and banned him.

I have also contacted @Lights and requested him to recover the account and hand it over to you.

Hopefully, he hasn't been on in a few days so we'll wait for @Lights response.

I'll try and recover, idk how it will go because it got locked once when he got a firecape and he has had it for months. Will keep posted.
