If i were to bot on my original IP, then use this for the night and continue botting, thus continually interchnging between the 2, could iIpotentially bot 24/7 on an account (Doing the same task i.e training combat) without a risk of getting banned :o?

lol no, there's always a chance of you getting banned. And if anything, botting an account from more than 1 IP is probably going to do more harm than good.

Ah I see, also is it possible to use this on an 07scape account with JAG enabled on the RS3 version of it?

VPN's are very dangerous to use. I would not recommend to use VPN's. Free proxies and VPN's are run by people who are either interested in recording all your data so they can sell it for profit to database and marketing companies or use it as a vehicle to install viruses and bots on your computer.

These people don't give away what costs them thousands of dollars a month in equipment and internet costs for no return on their investment.

so this isn't trustworthy? i realy need someting like proxy or VPN
