    Boss called me and said its -42 with the wind chill. I didn't even look at the weather. So is money worth it when tools dont work and you cant even hold things because your hands are about to fall off?

    That depends what kind of work he does. As an IT worker we would get days off sometimes since there were no clients sometimes but I still got paid.
