I've placed them in TWC and asked them to respond here regarding the account.

Hey, I have not touched the account or email. I don't know what is up as I am not very active in OSBot. Nick has the original email but he does not have the recovery info. I do not know which way to go here, am I supposed to refund or try recovering it back and providing the information to Nick?

Its up to Nick. Whether he wants the account back or a refund. Let us know what you both decide on. If you can't come to an agreement let us know. Preferably done within the next 24 hours.

He has 24 hrs to do so otherwise he'll be banned until he refunds you.

@MAMU 31CM you get the account back if the recovery is successful. I'll be closing this now, if any issues arise in the future please report this thread.
