Explanation: He added me through skype wanting to sell gold. We came to an agreement 95USD for 100mil osrs via paypal. After i made initial payment he refunded the money and told me to remove my shipping address. I had no intention to do so i sent him the funds via gift. After funds were sent and telling him i paid, he then says 1sec/im checking, i wait 5 or so minutes and ask him again no reply.

TLDR - payed for gold and never got it

He's already in TWC, he has 24 hours to refund you or he'll be banned.

User has been banned, if he wishes to return he'll need to refund you for the gold, sorry for your loss.
