There's a cap to what you can get with rune weapon XD. Zombies at stronghold of security is a really good way to get exp. You could TP there with bone septre. Idk if there're any scripts that support this method though.

    wizards in and near the wildy probably the best f2p as you can keep the 15% prayers on while you train

    (ones outside the wildy at low cb as they are low level/inside the wildy high level for better xp per hour)

     

    this + str pots will give you highest possible dps f2p and lead to highest xp
