Reasoning: I was contacted to do some questing it seemed very fishy the way he was talking and stuff and when he found a middleman he made a new skype account so i looked up his old skype account and it seems he was already banned on osbot

im not going to do the service because he is a ban evader its up to the mods what happens with the money, im guessing the victim gets paid back! and I dont want him to claim i did something wrong and dispute me so let me know what i do next
