Someone please help , i can't figure out why my screen is so small and idk how to get it to normal size.

I have a surface pro 4 with windows 10.

that still didn't fix the problem, it's weird. like the app when i start it, it's so small and i can't even maximize it. the box to maximize isn't highlighted, any other idea?
