At current prices fire surge wouldn't be worth the cost/ph unless you are max hitting every cast which of course is highly improbable.

^ interesting, cause toxic trident is like 600 gp / cast, whats fire surge cost, cause it's like 20% more dps if its as accurate as trident

each fire surge is 645 gp per cast with tome of fire costs

First surge seems to be very accurate in PvP so i’d assume it would be the same in bossing, but depending on the mage level of the npc ofc
