I think it was a convenience that this happened... Be that as it may, account security is the responsibility of the account owner, so we must hold him responsible for any losses. @Superman_ please work to see if you can cancel or chargeback the payment, sometimes calling PayPal can help or the Visa giftcard support, but if this cannot be done we will discuss it further here. You're going to have to attempt a chargeback, you can't just refuse to try. But I have not tried putting up a dispute on Paypal yet, I feel like I will lose the case since well couple of months ago I did not win the case. Even the owner himself can gave me 40-50% of OSRS GP would be alright, if not then I guess I have bad luck.
