Nope, 100 post count is required. Don't go around to all the threads spam posting to get the requirement though since the mods will just reset it.

I don't understand how I was being an ass? I just said what would happen if you did that... 

 

And about my neutral, so what? It was a fault accusation and neutrals are never removed
