Buying it on 1 account will grant you premier membership on both of the game modes. OSRS and RS3.

Getting banned on one version will also grant you a ban on the latter :)

So on rs3 account for example, if you didn't asociate rs3 in the beginning with any osrs account it is still possible to do that?
