Have sold an account prior to this as well, no issues till now

He would be banned if he did, but no it means the majority of low feedbackers scam then quit. Best to find some1 with high feedback even if their feedback is off-site as long as they can prove it's them, just make sure you save that evidence in case anything goes wrong.
