This user has been banned and has bought 2 high level accounts off me, hes after trying to sell one back. (pushed for quick sale wouldn't accept pp until I told him pp + gold or nothing as I dont have enough gold)

When i asked for a pm he said he couldn't and revealed he was banned

Can i pay affected members directly instead of paying him? 

or should i just give the account back to him.

    The user was not hacked at all, there is no suspicious activity from his account and all of the actions were from him himself. He's basically bullshitting you.

    If you're willing to pay back any scam victims you're welcome to do so by contacting one of us.
