Alright, if you wish. He has until the end of today, otherwise he'll be banned and will have to make an appeal. 

Another day has elapsed without a response from @PipeUpBoy, so I've gone ahead and banned him (in addition to the other dispute posted against him). If he wishes to return he'll have to repay both you and the other victim.
