You can buy tutorial island accs for 100k on the forums, play on it for 5 years from your home IP, have authenticator, email, facebook whatever and the guy who sold you that acc and created it can still recover it. It kind of sucks for the people who wants to make money selling accs since it brings down the price due to there always being a risk involved.

Funny story, back in the old days people who went to college and shit leaked their own accounts login/password on forums and kids were so dumb like "OMG LOL FREE ACC" and played on the accs, trained em, built up a nice bank and then the OO would come back for the summer break and just recover it = profit.

yes, even if they do not register the email they have creation date/country/first pw/first internet service provider and sometimes membership details

more than enough to pass a manual recovery.

The original owner should ALWAYS be able to recover an account regardless of how long you've 'owned' it. Which is why account sales around here rely heavily on trust.

IF you're smart you're given 2 of those details upon purchase, unreg email means password hasn't been changed, and creation date is easily lookupable by visiting hans in lumbridge.

If you are smart you make the accounts your self and pay people to do the low tier work

having the details doesn't stop the OO from recovering just gives you the ability to maybe recover back.
