When speaking to him yesterday he was suss as fuck, glad i took my items off the account :). Wish i spoke up, thought i was just being paranoid. Long story short i paid him 210m for Quests/Skills which he finished about 90% of and i also paid for 70 - 90 str and range which was 56m. He was going to refund me 60m for being a lagging cunt but like most service providers they end up scamming once they have built up enough wealth to recover.
