WARNING : SPAMMING

Thanks, no more seeing a bunch of last posts by a same person

Dear members of OSBot,

Sadly I have noticed that these days it's a sort of competition to get postcount.

People are challenging themselves to get like 100 posts each DAY. Sometimes even more.

There is NO way you can do this without spamming. As I have seen SO many spam I am now warning everyone. If I see it happen again, me and the rest of the Staff will hand out punishments.

This is not acceptable anymore. I have seen someone posting on an introduction thread OF A BANNED MEMBER.

Guys, seriously? You don't even read the thread? You just post "Welcome" and actually all you care about is getting +1 post. You don't care that someone new joined? I do and that's why I like to welcome them and help them and that's why I post. Not because of the post count. This isn't a damn competition.

You have to stay on-topic, no more arguments will be allowed with or without flame unless it's in the spam section or if it's actually related to the topic. Also your post has to benefit the direct cause of the topic, if not : just don't post and stop the spam.

Understood? We will not tolerate it anymore, we won't be hiding your posts, we will punish you.

Tl;dr : if you spam one more time : punishments will be given. Read the whole thread .

Many thanks,

Anne/Cortana

Is that a joke or something? "no more arguments"? Newsflash Cortana/Anne, this isn't a perfect world where everybody agrees with other, thinks and feels the same way, we have different opinions on different matters and it will cause arguements. Arguements happen everywhere, everyday and that's something that you're gonna have to deal with without abusing your mod powers.

The rest I agree with.

As long it isn't fighting and (as I stated in the thread) it is related to the topic. I have seen personal arguments (with flame) which can't be tolerated

Well, you said no arguments regardless of if it contains flames or not and you didn't state that it has to be on topic so you got me worried. So, arguments ON TOPIC are allowed then. Thanks, Halo-girl.

why can't you just delete the post count then? what's the purpose of it? it would legit make led cry irl

I feel like it's directed to me. Anyways thanks for the warning, will be careful posting.
