BombsAway Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Im no expert as most on this forum... BUT I can say that Xanax and drugs in general are not the way to go about it. I have seen so many friends lives spiral out of control with addiction and even a recent loss due to heroin. Those things will hold you back. Stay sane, stay busy, and stay healthy. Mordred Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 I went down an interesting path in HS, I did go see a school guidance woman however it didn't help me that much.. What helped me Is i just went to the skatepark everday all day and it really cleared my head out & helped me deal with some issues I had. We have a great talk, ask me about somethings but we don't went deep in my life. But after i spoke with him, somehow i just feel like im relieved. So you don't need to afraid about therapist.
