L_lendrson
Disputed member: javidamme (https://osbot.org/forum/profile/263919-javidamme/) Thread Link: Explanation: First scam: He completed an order for me in the morning for 7m for my customer. I thought he is trusted and went on to give him further orders. We discuss about an order for Stats for nmz quests, ava's and 60 50 50 , rock cake and we agreed on 10m/account. He want to be paid before and I agree to paid him a deposit first. I paid him 8.5M in deposit and he confirmed that on Skype. Second scam: While I am waiting for the first order I mentioned above to be confirmed, I placed a second order with him on a DT package for 5m. I gave him the account details of my customer and he said he would start in 5-10 mins. However, the customer then reported for scamming at Sythe as all his items are stolen. He has a rough bank worth of 1.5m and my reputation at Sythe is now ruined. I returned the customer 8M minus the 5.25m he gave me for the quest to settle the dispute, resulting in a loss of 2.75m. Total Loss: 11.25M Evidence: Skype Profile of javidamme: removed Skype chat of the first scam: Proof of paying the 8.5m: Second scam: Skype chat of giving the account details and he ignored me afterwards: Chat with my customer being scammed: One of my customers that have placed an order on me have just accused me of scamming and threaten me that they will file a report on stealing xFatal's stuffs. It seems that my reputation will be in great jeopardy and I might be placed in TWC or worse. Edited October 22, 2017 by L_lendrson I mixed up the photo of my customer paying me 8.5m and he received 8.5m. Also hide my RSN and include pictures instead of just link to pictures. Because you might've completed it and didn't tell him. Which means whoever hacked your skype could still log on the account.

L_lendrson
This is to confirm I have received 11.5M refund from @javidamme To be honest, I think he is a really chill and friendly guy when he did my first service. His service is fast and he provides updates whenever he could. This is also the reason why I paid him a future deposit for his service. At first, I do not believe he is hacked and thought he was just quit scamming. However, after seeing the efforts that he has made to compensate for losses and scams that he did not engage in, I believe the community should give him a second chance . Like me, he is just an unfortunate victim that has his Skype and other important accounts stolen. The Javidamme that we used to deal with does not change. He could just quit the community and left everything as it is. But he did not and take the responsibility of recouping our losses. I would sincerely ask the community to give him a second chance and I would be working with him closely to provide opportunities for him to build up his reputation. I also hope that you guys could shed some light on how the scammer were able to hack his skype and all important accounts and help others to prevent similar tragedies happened again. A lot of people reuse the same account information accross websites, and some websites can have their account databases leaked and stolen. This is the most common way people find others passwords. I highly recommend every to enable 2FA on their accounts. https://osbot.org/forum/topic/122349-2fa-enabled-account-security/ Also @L_lendrson as you've received the refund can this dispute be closed?
