All my bans have always been instant perma bans. I had 2 mains banned, 1 earlier this year and another pretty recently. As well as a solid alt banned. I mixed botting and playing by hand on them. I see many screenshots of accounts with "bot busting minor" and "macro minor" offences, but the accounts are still playable. I even sometimes see multiple botting offences on accounts that can still be played. Am I just unlucky and didn't get any 2 day bans?

I had 1 time 2 days ban, got banned many times and all other were perma... Don't know why

I'm sure you can request a two day ban if you go ahead and pm a moderator on here. I don't think that's a huge issue.

Other people get temp bans when they reach a certain number of warning points.

Edit: 2 day bans are when you get caught betting and is a warning. Once you get a two day ban you can normally have stats reset as well as your bank account. Jagex also monitors your account closely and if they find you to bot again, you'll get a permanent ban. A two day ban is just a warning to people who are caught with minor botting. Most people who bot a lot are instantly banned and aren't given the luxury of a two day ban, though there are always exceptions to both scenarios.

Always perm banned never had a 2day ban

That was just me joking around.

usually you get 2 day bans when you have some quest points/progress on ur account, and you usually get perm bans for doing something like goldfarming. I have only ever gotten 2 day bans by botting some stats

Well I must've been unlucky.. My main had around 130 QP and didn't bot so heavily either. Only yaks/moss giants/ and alching. Maybe it was cause I was using RM at the time. I don't trust the scripts there anymore

I got a 2 day ban today on my account, it is currently 1100+ total level never had any problems before.

Yesterday i started doing Quests by hand, and recieved a 2 day ban today lol.

My main account and zerker got a perma ban while back.

So yea not sure what triggers the 2 day ban or Perma ban.

Your account has to look like a main account. If Jagex thinks your account had serious effort put in, they won't perma you the first time.

If you get a perma right away, your account wasn't convincing enough. 

From my experience, you get 2 day bans if you are botting moderately. As in botting just a little, and not long hours. My friend and I had 2k total accounts each. His got permanently banned, while mine got 2 day ban. The reason was, he botted a lot, and I botted way less. That's how it works I assume.

When you got the account back were any skills set back or did you have any/all gold taken away?

Never ever have i been 2 day banned, always insta ban for gold farming, never had a main tho
