Where should I do my senior thesis

If you are familiar with the companies or areas some guidance would be appreciated.

My options:

1.On campus with a professor 

2.Silicon Valley  (Nvidia, Qt ...)

3.Local Research Area (MIT Lincoln Labs, MITRE)

 

Background:

Computer Science Major focusing in Artificial Intelligence, if I don't get into a Big 4 company I will get my masters and probably Phd.

O you do a thesis just for an undergrad degree? What are the requirements?

Curious, just finished my masters (completely different place of the world)

I don't know what you mean particularly by a senior thesis, but I always recommend getting industry experience unless you want to go into academia.

I don't know how to explain it, you either do a project pertaining to your depth of knowledge in your major or you go to a project site and solve a problem or project they have.
