As the title states, I know they have that new appeal thing where you input your login email/ your current email/ your characters name and that's it.

However I know there is other ways of contacting them and appealing a ban, such as how Chuckles has his own unbanning service. 

I'd just like to know these other contact options that people are using to get their accounts unbanned aside from that stupid new appeal waste your time thing I just stated above lol.

Any help appreciated guys.

Yeah i've recovered an account while being 10% home ip 90% proxy

Yeah See this is the one i've done, but all you get to tell them is the login email/ your char name. How is that appealing the ban lol?

they will check the circumstances and get back with you with an answer

if it is quashed you will have to prove ownership THEN

They dont have an appeal where you can write a sob story if thats what you thought.

So you can get an account recovered which is banned for botting and then it will be unbanned? Do I get this right?
