Feedback system : limit removal suggestion [VIP/Sponsor+]

Some people are very active on the market, and having to wait 60 seconds between giving FB can be a little bit annoying :)

Suggestions :

Lifting the 60 seconds waiting period to different users, keeping the 60 seconds period for FB to the same user. VIP+ or Sponsor+ feature

Understanding with pictures :

Not needed since every trade gets you at most 2 feedbacks (seller/buyer + MM), so waiting 60 seconds is not that bad.

Not needed since every trade gets you at most 2 feedbacks (seller/buyer + MM), so waiting 60 seconds is not that bad.

I have sometimes 4 to 6 transactions going on at the same time, and I leave the feedback to all 6 persons (if not more when MMing) when I'm done with all the deals.

It's not a big deal, but it's rather annoying to hit that refresh button every 5 seconds

EDIT : it might not sound very important for you guys, but for big traders like @Divica or or myself, it has a bigger impact :

20 seconds would already be a huge different right?

If we remove it there's a possibility of clicking "give feedback" too hard or twice on accident which results in 2 same feedbacks.

Then they would have to contact a moderator etc...

Therefore 20 seconds would be great.
