Explanation: He was supposed to train 60 - 85 magic for me on my starter zerk. Paid him 15m upfront and he hasn't trained 1 xp. Asked him for a refund since it was supposed to be complete by today. He says he sold all his gold for BTC. So I told him I can accept BTC. He then goes on to say that he has put it into Altcoins. That he is doing some day trading. I want my 15m 07 refunded to me. I feel like he is stalling for no reason.

Evidence:

1. Trading him the GP: https://gyazo.com/e1ce289c6161975ce350249cdcb4f273

2. Me asking for a refund. He doesn't seem the least bothered: https://gyazo.com/9cb1c02fb7fc76173928d69d63f0deaa

3. His skype + him saying his money is in Altcoins after I said I can accept BTC: https://gyazo.com/c70e4383e3f139c1ebe913bfc089c53e

User has been placed in TWC. He has 24 hours to refund your 15m.

Will refund within my 24 hour period.

He has sent me 15$ worth of BTC. I have no other issues with him. He has done a very good job training up my account in all honesty. This was just a blunder on his part.
