So I got perm banned last night, but they banned me twice last night. How is that possible? Whats the best way I should appeal about it? Any ideas?

Also, whats the difference between a Macroing Major (ban), and a Bot Busting Moderate (ban)?

I believe a Bot Busting Ban is when a Jmod like actually see's you bot and bans you manually. Then a Macroing Major I think is when the system detects you or something. I'm not 100 percent sure

you have a major and a minor on the same date could be a mistake but ive never seen it before and neither is a bot busting

I think one is when a mod catches you and the other is when their system catches you.

But i got TWO macroing majors last night? How did that happen? And my friend also got banned last night but doing something completely different. There wasnt like any random ban wave or something last night was there? Tanks for the replys guys.

Bans add up from all the reports people make on your account therefore, when you get banned they just stock up until perm ban

So I got banned a SECOND time just because of reports alone?

That's closer to what I was thinking.

Best direction to word my appeal?

Maybe something like "your servers must have messed up last night i got banned twice, please fix this ty" or something? I'd word it better than that of course, but something along those lines? 

 

I just dont want to waste my appeals if there is something else I can do, If anyone has any suggestions that'd be great.

they gaved me a 2 day ban for botting today

This also has happen to me today I got two offences on the same day, no 2/7/14 ban. ~Just straight PERM banned. It's strange, how they are going about with this.
