Yes do questing its the fastest way.

You don't want to rush level 30 anyway, or at least start playing ranked games too early. Take your time, play normals until you're comfortable enough with your skill level that you think you'll do well in ranked games.

There is this thing called Honorbuddy which makes you level really fast without any effort at all :P

is master yi good for top? whenever i play with it on top some range champ comes and harrases me >.> i have to pull back usually cuz im close range only.

Well honestly. I was never a fan of boosting through the game. You'll get matched with players who are better skilled than you.

Play casually, learn the game and in the end you'll be much better and win more game, which is more xp

 

If you want to spend money, buy a x win boost and a x time win boost.

Those 2 stack meaning you get x4 xp.

Best way is probably just to do co-ops with xp boost, they patched the method that was super faster in 3vs3 where you could finish in 5 minutes.
