D5 with about D4 MMR. 33 champs should be around 50-60$ in skins 300 RP left over. basic runes + some advanced skins that come to mind : blood moon elise mafia graves project yi dark star orianna dawn bringer riven omega squad trist/twitch cosmic xayah dragonslayer vayne + Chroma I ALSO HAVE A GOLD 1 WITH ABOUT THE SAME AMOUNT OF CHAMPS AND SKINS, CONTACT ME IF INTERESTED. These skins will increase the value depending on which. Servers also matter. Accounts that are below plat without 70+ champions usually don't sell very well in my expierence. & Thanks ^_^ Good luck.
