It seems like the problem isn't that people don't know. The problem appears to be that they see the post requirement on the sales section and then decide to post in the requests section because it doesn't have a requirement.

I guess this pretty much sums it up... Maybe a section ban for a period of time for posting something like that?

Indicating people read threads before posting on this forum. Are you here every thursday?  

It's already clearly stated here that you need 100 pc to sell accounts.

So either they don't read it and post it in the other section, so if we also post a thread there they most likely won't read it either.

Or they read it and just try to get around it by posting in the requests section.

Reading a title is different than reading a guide in a thread.

Meh, you would be surprised what some people are capable of, or rather not capable.

I can easily create an announcement in the section, I'll do it right now, but I just don't think it's going to matter.
